All I know is that it hurts..

Feeling unwanted and out of place..and I can't tell which is worse

I should be more passive, I should just look behind it

But the more I'm ignored, the more I'm reminded...

Of the thoughts I've created, the hurt I don't understand

The way I've been striving for excellence without asking for a hand..

Or how about the way I beg you in poetry to just give me a chance...

But I'm stuck at default position, knuckles tucked in my pants..

How about the way I can disappear if you ask me to ...just ask me to

I won't stay for long, I'm just passing through...

Love, understanding, effort is all I ask from you..

But I just get shoved...away....

I'm sorry... I'm just passing through...
