The sparkling flower

The flower in the night,
Didn't look quit right,
So I splashed some color,
And made it bright.
I added some red, some green and some pink,
Then I added some sparkles,
So it could shine like a diamond on a ring.
Like the stars in the sky it shone through the night
I looked at the flower and it was just right,
I stood there mesmerized by it,
It smiled back at me with delight!
