Sparkly Green Toenail Polish

He

said yes

sparkly green toenail polish

when little sister asked

stretched out his 19 year old long legs

Go ahead

We

turned our backs

pretended

we didn't hear

happy squeals of delight from her

She

careful

6 year old strokes

glitter and green everywhere

Love

He

final goodbye

19 year old long legs stretched out and laid to rest

sparkly green toenail polish remaining

He said yes
