Speak when Spoken too
For once in life I now feel like the world can see, hear, touch, and really feel me.
Where I come from any talk turns into just a good ole spanking over the knee.
You see it was always hard to speak up out loud and proudly, when in their reality I was just another kid just howling.
Oh, nothing of importance or urgency could be coming from my lips,
Until they saw my passion written down and other times in strips.
As soon as their eyes would glow with emotion, I then realized that this may be my stroke in this raging ocean called communication.
