Speaking Words Without Talking
I often find myself thinking of quotes
Not ones already said but ones I think of myself
My thoughts swarm on different occasions
My whole mind expands as if another Big Bang occurred in my head
I think of all the words I could of said
I think of all the people who left
I want to explain how much I miss them
Or simply ponder on why they are now gone
Of course though I don't have the courage to talk
So instead I let my pen speak for me
I write down what I need them to know
In hopes that one day I shall deliver them their words
But of course I never do
So why do I write you ask
I honestly don't know myself
I tell the paper things that I'd rather tell someone else
I write to feel relief
I got the words out of my head
Without them even being said
