To That Special Someone

I don't think you know what I want,

You've only ever known what I need.

I keep looking over at you every day,

With each glance I do I feel this greed.

Why do you make me want to play,

When I have more important things to do.

You stop me when I think I can,

That maybe I shouldn't want you.

Yet you also push me to finish my day's plans,

Because in doing so you get that much sweeter.

So while I may thank you for that gift,

I don't like that you change me into another person.

Nowadays when I get home I feel this shift,

And today I am very certain.

I think I'm falling in love with you.
