Speechless

I am Hailey,
I have a sister name Marie,
We get beat daily,
And she is only three.
Our dad doesn't like us,
And that makes us sad,
He never forgets to cuss,
He is always mad.
Daddy hates my sister and I,
His favorite thing to do is hit Marie,
And I don't know why
We beg and we plea.
But that makes him  mad,
He throws Marie into the wall,
I scream, "Please stop dad"
As Marie falls.
I run over to her,
Her hand in mine,
I'm crying so hard her face is a blur,
"What did you do?" I whine.
Marie takes her final breath,
And just like that she is dead,
Why did he have to cause her death?
So many thoughts in my head.
"This is your fault" he said,
"Why did you have to make me mad,
You could have done what I wanted instead,
Now you go to your room and be sad."
After that day,
I never said another word,
For that is what caused my sister to pass away,
And now all the memories are blurred..
