Speeding in the Rain

Demanding money doesn't help

it just makes the people yelp.

The world needs a punishment that's new

something more powerful to me and you.

Wreckless driving is a serious matter

before you know it heaven will be waiting with your special ladder.

In the blink of an eye it all happened so fast

all because that one person you just had to pass.

So what would work to stop the car crashing craze

maybe the cop that pulls you over should give you a little taze.

Then you'd have to feel a tenth of the pain

you could cause someone else, speeding in the rain.
