Spider on Light Lines: Her Nature and her Craft

Lady Spider
Airdance,
Glide
soundly strings
plucked by dainty feet
elegant waves on light lines
reverberate
Motherly tender Homemakers
Rulers of the pattern
they create and choose
to live in
delighting present catches
patient for future goods
tangled not by their own web
spirals
sew simplicity delicate weavers,

your keenest observer
