Spilling
His eyes bored into mine
I looked at him questioningly
The words started spilling from his mouth
As if his mouth were the faucet
And the words were the rust
I tried turning off the faucet
I even tried fixing it
All I did was get cut up
I cried and fell to the floor
I sobbed until my sides hurt
Life is a hoe
All i could do was hold myself
and try not to break
My twisted thoughts
Became silence
I cried for love and for life
I never got a reply
I never saw him again
In a way I suppose I had
Physically I saw the bastard everyday
But i never again saw the smile
Or kissed the lips
Never again did I say
I love you
Never again did the arms protect me
Never again did I live
