The spirit of ancestors

If you close your eyes, You feel thousands of presences. We do not come to listen To the silence of Nature. We listen to the wind, The earth, The life, Which resonates And swarms in our ears. If one day you lost your balance, If you are doubtful, Find a forest, Look for a moss carpet, Lie down above it, Close your eyes, Empty your thoughts, Inhale the odor of the earth, Listen to the life, Adapt your breath To your heartbeat, Feel every nook of your body And lighten up. Become a bird in the sound of the wind, Become a tree among trees, Become the wind rustling in the foliage Become the deer which observes you and which you had not seen, Become flower, Become stream, Listen to the song of ancestors.
