Spirit of man

Proverbs 20:27 

²⁷ The human spirit is like the lamp of the Lord,
searching all his innermost parts.

How does this lamp now burn ... who supplies the power?

Who turns the switch when darkness is all around?

Is the Holy Spirit the wiring and the switch a built in sensor

and the presence of my Jesus is where all the Light is found?

So if I lose connection ... with the Holy Spirit

all will plunge in darkness and helpless I will be.

Who will then repair the short in the circuit?

The lamp can’t do this ... how then will darkness flee?

1 Corinthians 14:32 

³² Indeed, the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets,

This is getting more difficult ... can my spirit stray?

If it is apart from me ... as I have been thinking.

Maybe I think about it ... just another day

for really now is not the time ... my spirit is sinking.
