Splender

As your feelings fade into night

You wonder who's to say what's right

You feel the stregnth of love in your life

Who is to say what's wrong or right

As her beauty mixes with her mind

You feel comfort and reason to your life

The mystery her confidence brings peace of mind

And you know splender for the first time

As you see her for the first time

Her beauty fills your eyes

Then suddenly something about her

Is branded in your mind

As I wonder through space and time

Dreaming of splender of this kind

Suddenly her beauty engulfs my mind

And I remember slender for the first time
