Spoken

This poetry is pale
It hungers for the ring of truth
For more thought, more time
Another draft, a word sublime
Reality and honesty bound together
In written words that speak
This poetry is not proceeding
From the place I’ve entered in others heart
A place so deep and precious
Full of mystery, delight, truth battle against lies
A place so real, a place familiar and known
But unknown
The identity of another’s spirit
So precious, a treasure unspeakable spoken
