The spoken word

I can’t speak lies.

They lie within me.

Quiet mostly. Sometimes status: turbulent.

But they lie. Lie about me. Within me.

I can’t speak the truth.

It says volumes when spoken.

Too much. Too soon.

Turbulent mostly. Sometimes status quiet.

I can’t speak.

It says. Outside of me.

Turbulent mostly. Sometimes too much.

Status : Unspoken.
