spray me with giggle perfume; temporary but very much needed
i just wanna live a little,
this life is getting way too simple.
i just wanna die a little,
i’m living in a dusty dullsville.
i’ll even break a bone just to feel something.
i’ll jump off of the balcony, off seven stories.
i’ll fall in love with anyone, anything,
and i’ll voluntarily get heartbroken.
i just wanna feel alive,
i’m sick of always feeling dry.
i’d gladly drown from floods of highs,
than bravely survive this lifeless life.
paint me in colors i’ve never dreamed,
whisper secret words i’ve never hoped to hear.
blind me, honey, i’ll get lost sailing seas.
suffocate me, let’s see how long i can breathe.
i wanna do more than inhale air,
i’ll wear jingle bells, and they’ll dangle from my hair.
i’ll fly my teddy bear to outer-space, he’ll be happier there.
i’ll dive in a pool of knives, i’ll find my laugh somewhere.
i’ll run the streets with no legs.
i’ll lay my stomach on the concrete,
and you’ll hear it growl and beg,
“Earth, grow me a blue tree
radiating laughing gas,
and i’ll disappear
into habromania in a moment’s pass.”
