Spreading Inspiration and Knowledge

A simple job, low pay

I'd make my career

and some day

change the world

how you say?

a simple idea spread

to lighten their minds from that dull grey

spreading knowledge with art

a splash of paint or mold of clay

I mold their minds

except on the holiday

My students will grow

off into the world alone they

will look back at me

and hopefully, standing in a doorway,

know they are ready

from what I have taught them, without repay

A bright smile and it'll be all worthwile

as a teacher, inspiration and knowledge is a never ending highway
