Springtime!

There is no feeling more great No smell as sweet As the sun on my face and the scent of the turning season Springtime! You are with us again! Brushing snow off of your shoulders Like soft tendrils of hair To brown is added green and pink White and red The scent of melting snow is overtook By the fragrance of op'ning buds Springtime! The glorious word Puts Joy in my heart And Light in my eyes And I am caught up in it One sole being Surrounded by the majesty of the Universe
