Square Window

You peeked

Through the square window

Nose plopped

On the ledge

Eyes blinking.

They stared hungrily

Into the corner of my life.

I felt them

And I leaked

All my emotions out

Onto the floor.

Worn and exhausted

From trying to hide.

You peeked

Through the square window

Watching the raw

Unfiltered bits of me.
