Squeak

Squeak...Squeak.

Each revolution.

Squeak...Squeak.

The hinges of the wheel squeak.

Flap...Flap.

Each revolution.

Flap...Flap.

An ace of spades in the spokes.

Ring...Ring.

Each revolution.

Ring...Ring.

Each revolution.

Her finger triggers

The bell on the handlebar.

Huff...Huff.

Each revolution.

Huff...Huff.

Her breath heavy from peddling.

Squeak...Squeak.
