Stage 1

Breathe in, breathe out. Lungs on fire, body ready to collapse. My face flushed while the sweat drips down from my forehead. Breathe in, breathe out. Blinded by the lights as the spots start to cloud up my vision Muffled noises try to overcome the pounding in my ears Breathe in, breathe out. I’ve got to keep pushing, got to keep moving. Good, the adrenaline is finally kicking in Breathe in, breathe out. I’m immune to dropping dead so I keep on going, no matter what My hair whips side to side because you either go hard or you go home. Breathe in, breathe out. As I finish, reality takes its course and the audience are not just random shapes anymore. Dance defines me. Breathe in I’m alive Breathe out
