Stage Fright

A wide stage,

Many would say,

“Welcomes any singer with open arms!”

Yet,

Bright spotlights

Thousands of eyes

Can leave a girl completely paralyzed.

However,

She sees pop

With two thumbs up

And the butterflies in her gut subside.

Thus,

Standing still

With her guitar

She finally opens her mouth to sing.
