Stained Glass Circle

Cliche, the fishbowl.

Wide eyed viewers gaze

The world in hues and blues

We see all, privacy? Ha! It's all up on facebook.

Faded, dazed, blazed. Hit me up.

No Thanks.

Adventures Awaken.

Beyond Benchmarks.

We are the Weekday Warriors.

Fighting to help the extrinsic

Goals sizzle on our tongues, Plans electrify the brain.

Success is inevitable for those who seek it.

Oppressed by the standards

The teachers give up

This crop wasn't meant to grow that high.

Poor hopeful nothings, so much to achieve in such a short lived time.

Unappreciative monsters, they killed a love.

Injecting motivation,

Laughable

Trained monkeys smarter, by the time they're through killing their IQ.

They can't see their light no longer glistens on it's own.

The world they know is a machine, the chance of enlightment dead.

They manufacture the same God and don't feel a thing.

Hot Cheetohs and iPhones for everyone.
