Stalkers Shadow
She stalks me in the dark
Her I cannot help but love.
I hurt, I cry, I bleed. These
Things she takes advantage of.
The pressure is severe,
Kissing the point of no return.
Holding hands, inseparable;
Watching quietly as my heart burns
And fades into ash, going back to
The dust from where it came.
Every time she approaches
The feeling stays the same.
I stand in her everlasting shadow
That has cast over this life I live.
I now understand that I am forever
Broken with nothing left to give.
Her eyes pierce through my being,
She consumes my soul.
I hate this but I love it because
without her I wouldn't be whole. N.H
