The Stand

I am more than a girl.

I am a being.

A place in this land,

where love has become

Fatal wounds, empty promises.

Tricks have become treats.

People try to make their mark,

but washes away in moments.

You must let us have space enough

So we breath our air

And share our voices

And be ourselves

Because it is not just one

It is the world
