Standing Here

As you stand there,

does it become clear?

whether it be,

college,

a career,

a change.

That like the butterfly,

a small flap, turns into a thunderclap

A minuscule choice that could have

changed

Everything?

If you hadn't met

that charismatic someone,

had that crazy teacher,

cared for that stranger,

Would you be standing here?

Or could you see yourself over there?

All from that one choice...

Do you ever wonder?
