Why must star-crossed lovers complain?
It is better to have lost than to have never loved at all.
What of those of us who never experience anything of the sort?
Why must star-crossed lovers complain?
They meet, they mingle, they court, they love.
Regardless if it's followed by hurt, loss, and sorrow,
Why must star-crossed lovers complain?
