star-spun
star-spun imagination
making everything about the sky
see the galaxies in her eyes
the stars in her hair
the planets twirling on her finger tips
as she dances them on the windowsill
humming a sweet tune
smiling her universal smile
“life is amazing..”
she whispers to the moon
as she slowly drifts into a soft slumber
“enjoy every moment of it, while you can. the world is a dangerous place, your smile could be wiped away within seconds. focus on your lifelike eyes, not just the galaxies in them but every single planet and star. admire yourself. you are celestial.”
and as she falls into her never-ending slumber
the moon kisses her forehead
captures her soul
and releases her into the stars forever
