Star Student

S Striving to always do my best

T Trying and never quitting until I have aced every test

A Always being a leader and never following the crowd

R Remembering there is a silver lining in every cloud

S Surrounding myself with those that are a reflection of the man I’m striving to be

T Telling myself constantly that no one can do what I can do better than me

U Understanding what it takes to be number one and having the motivation to go the extra mile

D Doing good deeds because nothing brightens your life like making another person smile

E Erupting with school spirit because I am proud to be a product of my environment

N Never giving less than 100% despite all of my accomplishments

T Telling myself everyday that I can be a better man than I was yesterday if just take the time to fall to my knees, thank GOD, and pray.

All of these things and so much more make me the Star Student that I am today. I say this to myself every morning before the sun rises, and I set off on my way. Being a student is so much more than just making good grades and a high GPA. It’s being a leader in life and letting my example pave the way.
