Stardust

Started long ages ago,
The energy of the universe began to flow.
Amplified in every direction around,
Regenerating to produce life and sound.
Distilling its content onto an open platter,
Ultimately we became another matter.
Still considering our make-up today,
The stardust inside I cannot explain.
