Starlight

Starlight

Heroically tragic

One who shines in Death

The last testament to who they were

Their brightest moment

Their last knowing it

They fight to the end

Crumbling dust into a diamond

Born Lives Dies

In that moment flying

A Burst of yellow

Never achievable in life

Their birth is their last stride

Unknown but to the night

One who never realizes their strength

Falls Stumbles Strides

They get back up

That hero in the night

Heroically tragic

Startlight
