Starry Night
I find such high spirits in art.
I find who I want to be.
I find words that are unspeakable,
Yet speak so loud through the simple stroke of a brush.
Many get lost and I never truly understood
Until it was me that needed reevaluation.
It was me who was lost
But in this art, an immaculate piece, I was renewed.
It may seem hyperbolized to say such a thing, but it's true.
I disovered life through this painting from 1889;
So old yet still relevent.
This Starry Night,
It shines so bright.
I thought I was lost
But I was not.
I found myself in this beautiful, beautiful Starry Night.
