Stars

I’m not define by the skin color that covers my face

I’m not define by the image portrayed by me race

Im define by all the stars in space

That only know how to shine in place

They know equality comes at a pace

But ignoring conflict just brings disgrace

It’s when you reach inside who you are

Redefine who they say you are

Show them you shine like a star
