Stars

When people look up at the night sky

They look at the stars

They think about possibility

And the future

But they forget the blackness that occupies most of the sky

Not the stars

The stars are a buffer for what lies behind

Infinite darkness

However

Looking at the stars is humanity's way of finding hope

They don't focus on the black blanket

They focus on the twinkles and light
