Stars

The stars are filled with the light of the world;

Each memory,

Each daydream,

Every encapsulation of the universe.

Illuminating the darkness all around,

Encompassing the beauty of a treacherous sea of being.

A world of tender thoughts

Striking each glimpse of light,

Of truth,

Of eternal beauty,

Driving the actions of the night.

Seeping through the vastness of this unknown world.

Guiding the lost, misunderstood travellers,

In search of lost time.

Navigating the depths of the Earth

With stories to tell.

Though, once the light hits

The universe,

All will fall still.

Like the very simple truth

Of mankind.
