Stars

She stares at the night sky everytime it is light up with the brilliant light of the stars. She sits and ponders over why she was put here. What was her purpose? Did she mean anything to any? Was she wanted? Was she loved?

One day, she knew exactly what she was. As she stared up at the infinate horizan, blanketed in the darkness of the night and summer air around her, she finally realized she was a star. There was a million different girls but not one like her. Not one who had soulful, thinking eyes quite like hers. Eyes that looked like a billion twinkling stars as they hungerly feasted upon a magnifacent night sky. Not one person in the world with her mind that worked like a clock, gears twisting and twirling like a magestic dancer. She wasn't loved widely, but she was loved deeply by everyone she would allow into her life.

She had a shining personality with a gift for drawing people in and seeing the good in what is evil. She was a beautiful, bright, burning star. Igniting the darkness with her glowing smile. She was a beautiful mess. She was a broken masterpiece. She was perfectly imperfect and she loved it. She was a star.
