The stars are silently crying

The stars are silently crying tonight,

Tears rolling down a cold, dark canvas;

Look up from the blinding black,

You'll feel them bite

Your heart, grasp your lungs

Pull out their gasp---- let go of your doubt,

Breathe in------breathe out.

The wind is silently screaming tonight,

Flying in vain to outrun his mind,

Close your eyes he'll knock you down:

Rob your air, rob your sight,

Only trying to protect you;

Listen to the sound---let go of your doubt,

Breathe in-----breathe out.

Who could understand all my aching thoughts,

Who could understand the black hole in

My ribs that sucks and pulls,

My feelings it rots,

And only leaves a blackened ooze

That slowly kills---let go of your doubt,

Breathe in-----breathe out.

Will humankind ever believe the truth?

Or will we instead die by our lies;

We pretend we're good, pretend we're right,

Can't we feel our dead souls weigh in our chests,

Can't we feel darkness envelope the night;

When will it end?---let go of your doubt,

Breathe in ----breathe out.

The stars are silently bleeding tonight,

The raindrops turned scarlet with blood,

Stand in the shower, acknowledge

The blight,

Change will come with it,

I promise you'll see---let go of your doubt,

Breathe in----breathe out.
