The Start

There was a time, in the locker room

The dreaded hate to change in front of my peers as my insecurities run out of my leaving clothes.

In search for my jeans to hurry up so I  can cover my biggest errors in myself

And in this panic , in this chaos

a girl calls out

Wow, those are quite large.

…..quite large

Those simple word buried themselves deep inside me

Once upon a time when I look at a mirror I saw a happy girl who is proud to be herself

Now when I look in a mirror my only screaming thought is

Wow those are quite large
