Starting with Yourself

 Pointing fingers

constantly

Deflecting responsibility

monstrocity

Never willing to say I

Ever willing to say "them"

"he" "she" "they"

It's time to say I

Revival and change must start with me

I will be an example, a leader for those around me

Pointing fingers no more to others but instead to myself i point the finger.
