A State of Mind

Written in stone are
the words you can't create
the form of expression
yet to be established
locked in by life itself
As we lay, As we breathe
It passes by underneath
around above and behind
sometimes even through us
A way of passage known
only by the subconsious
mind, empty what was
and exit from the back
enter where you will
be because that is
where you are
where they listen
and where you speak
We tend to avoid what
is real and that is why
paradise has become
a state of mind, one
only you can find.
