State of Peace

I wish to gently lay my head holding the weight of the world upon your chest. I wish to listen to the beautiful rhythm of your heartbeat that continues the song of your life; slowly my heart will follow until our bodies orchestrate a sympathy of love. I wish your arms would wrap around me to form armor, for I know, as long as I'm in your embrace, the worries and troubles of the world can't find me.  I wish the warmth of our souls intertwined will forever keep us in this state of peace.
