State of Serendipity

Words you speak

Have me feeling utterly weak

Left in a daze wondering endlessly

Through this quizzical haze

I cannot explain this

I do not truly understand

For some reason I am caught thinking

Who is this interesting man?

Not that I have learned a lot about you

But from what I have seen

I feel as if there is more

Underneath the curtain

Of rhytms that you deplore

Music encases you

It is most of what makes you

Flowing in and out just really all about

I will try my best to see why this is so

But you just move with such serenity

I don't want to disturb your talented flow

But in all honesty

You have me caught

In a state of serendipity....
