Stationary

The brain sends orders

Then it just ignores them

Joints rusted shut

Just need to get up

Pushing against a wall

Trying to do it all

Guilt soaks in the blood

Still nothing is done

Hours and hours go by

Only signal answered is to cry

Desire doesn't matter

Climbing a never ending ladder

The top seems obtainable

But now the ending seems like a fable
