Stay

Many of times I asked God why couldn't you stay

Many of times I laid in my bed crying all day

Once again, another man taken from his son

Another man who didn't wish harm on anyone

Funeral after funeral, give me a break

Year after year I'm experiencing another heartbreak

Hold off on the violence, take another route

Sometimes we all just wonder why couldn't ya'll just talk it out
