Stay To The Beat
White shadowed diamonds
Diamond covered necklace
They screaming vvs’s
Been in bikini bottom
Calling home to Texas
People changed on me
Pulled up in a Lexus
I never knew the trap
I dealt with a rat
I been on the board
Getting $200 back
I left it alone
They say the money was gone
Tired of robbery
The streets got to me
I was caught with a wand
Then spoke a translation
The chamber of secrets was vacant
It took 12 disciples
Yeah I read the Bible
I don’t feel entitled
The only words i listened to
Was from the burning bush
Nick named it Mary Jane
They say there wasn’t a price
Love don’t cost a thing
So are you in tune
I was raised by some goons
Murder all through the room
Criminal ties is all that I knew
I’ll be waiting for you
Did someone save me for you
I disappeared
Couldn’t find my body tomb
Off of what you knew
I guess this what I do
I’m telling the truth
Outro
See money is the root of all evil
It just matters on how you use it
You could either feed a family or be foolish
Or be selfish with what you have or just pass away
But when you die
You got one question needed answered.... were you great
Will they still love you man..... you know they will
