Stay Sane
Fluttering sense in the pit of my stomach fills
Overwhelming heart captures this feel
Mind and body like one
The feel of the rising sun
The downfall of rain
Opening all this pian
Gotta stay sane
Before I crack
This load, this sack
--brings me down
At times it's hard to bear
Makes it easier if I share
--My pain and my sorrow
that deeply wallows
