Stay Strong!

Dear future-self,

I know life is hard on you right now, being mistreated by friends and family over one small mistake..

And that your anxiety and constant panic attacks keeps trying to bring you down,

But just becuase life now makes it hard to live doesn't mean you should ever think about giving up!

Just think, one day all of this hell will be no more than just a distant memory that you will ask your self, "Why was I so worried?".

One day you won't have to deal with the problems you are dealing with now because soon hopfully, they will resolve within time.

So please, for now just hold onto your heart because that will be the one thing you need most when times get tough.
