Step by Step

Step by Step We stumble, we gravitate, we steady ourselves It's okay to be unsure Sometimes, we cry into our glasses. Sometimes, we fall into a looking-glass. Sometimes, nothing will ever be alright. It's okay to be happy Sometimes, unexpected things just happen. Sometimes, we smile when we should be frowning. Sometimes, everything will work itself out. Step by Step I held his hand, but he let me go. He looked into my soul, but I turned away. Sometimes, love isn't enough… Sometimes, anger takes too much space. Sometimes, letting go is all you can do. It's okay to miss him It's okay to not want him anymore. Sometimes, moving on happens. Sometimes, figuring things out isn't so hard. Step by Step I find myself And Smile myself to sleep. Step by Step I become happy.
