Sternocleidomastiod

Sternocleidomastiod is the name

Side bending of the neck is the game

I'm the one who pops out and struts the stuff

When the head decides to show off

I connect on three levels

Though two bones are very close

I hold the neck, i bear the strain

That is my name, that is my game
