Sticky Mind

One topic to the other;

Sticky minds.

One line to the next

I can't think.

Read between the lines,

Free will was a lie.

I thought about that night,

From time to time;

Underneath the sheets,

Flashlight in hand,

Door closed,

Eyes crossed,

Spine curved.

I thought about reading between the lines,

But there was nothing there.

I thought about that night,

With no care.
